Certification System Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior) – Everett, Washington The Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness team is seeking Certification System Engineers (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Everett, WA. The mission is to develop, implement, and oversee certification processes that ensure the compliance and safety of Boeing's products. The team uses systems engineering and problem-solving to navigate regulatory requirements and guide the certification processes, including Change Classification Processes and Certification Project Processes, with expertise in Applicant Development and overall Certification Systems Integration. The team provides training, capability kits, and support for these processes for execution by our customers. Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues Coordinate technical messaging and partner with the FAA on regulatory issues Develop strategic action plans for changes to certification processes and execute them through completion Develop technical aptitude to enable execution of process/procedure documents (BPM, BPIs, D6s, D950s, etc.) Contribute to root cause corrective action plans for noncompliances, voluntary disclosures, informal or formal corrective actions, including reviewing processes, design practices, analysis, root cause analysis, and identifying and owning corrective actions Maintain working knowledge of Boeing's Organization Delegation Authorization (ODA) procedures manual Ensure proper coordination across products, platforms, and functional areas to promote compliance with requirements and procedures and FAA guidance Onsite Requirement:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite at the Everett, WA site. Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited program 3+ years of experience working on aerospace certification projects 3+ years of experience developing, contributing, or maintaining processes, policies, and procedures Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience across the certification value stream Experience with certification processes Boeing uses to comply with 14 CFR 21.93, 21.95, and 21.97 Systems thinker able to propose engineering solutions based on data analysis and forecast impacts Experience developing presentations and presenting to multiple levels of an organization Experience investigating and solving complex technical or regulatory issues Ability to balance conflicting priorities Strong technical writing and presentation skills Experience writing, reviewing, or approving Certification plans is a plus Additional Information

Pay and benefits: Boeing provides a Total Rewards package including base pay and variable compensation, with eligible benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time away, with options varying by location and contractual agreements. Salary ranges (Mid-Level: $104,550–$141,450; Senior: $128,350–$173,650) are indicative and based on experience and market factors. Language requirements: Not Applicable. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on eligibility. Export control: U.S. Person required per 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
