Structural Engineer
to join our growing Baltimore-area team. You’ll work across a broad range of building types—from luxury residential and multifamily to healthcare, education, and parking structures. With projects ranging from $200K to $400M, every assignment offers technical variety and the chance to make an impact. $75,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr What You’ll Be Doing
Design structural systems in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood Develop drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit Perform structural analysis and calculations under the guidance of licensed engineers Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration tasks Grow your technical and professional skills in a supportive team environment What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural focus preferred) FE/EIT certification required Experience with AutoCAD and Revit Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills PE license or path to licensure preferred Familiarity with analysis software such as RAM, RISA, or Enercalc is a plus Why This Role Stands Out
