Responsibilities Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other rehab team members Document resident progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety
Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathology license Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Team-oriented and resident-focused Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome) At Sonoma Post Acute, you will find a
