Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Requirements
Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license
in good standing (Florida preferred, compact license accepted) Proven
Director of Nursing (DON) experience
in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment Strong working knowledge of
federal and state regulatory compliance Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while ensuring quality resident care Skilled in
