Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead the clinical team in a close-knit environment, passionate about delivering excellent resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical operations and ensure the highest quality of care.
Lead, support, and develop nursing staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Requirements
Active RN license in CT.
2–3 years of nursing leadership experience within a SNF/LTC setting (Assistant DON, Unit Manager, or DON experience preferred).
