Hiring Range: $86,216.00 to $114,961.60
Pay Range: $86,216.00 to $129,313.60

Qualifications:
SCF programs serve primarily Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should understand the cultures and needs of this population to support SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and the mission to work together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
License in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS as needed for specialty areas.
One (1) year nursing experience or successful completion of the RN Case Manager Training Program at SCF.
Native Preference:
Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, SCF pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training. Certification from SCF Human Resources is required before applicants receive preference.
Employee Health Requirements:
Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure is mandatory. All job-related health screening and immunizations must be completed prior to employment. For healthcare positions, documentation of immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19 is required before starting work.
