As a CMF Designer, you will be part of a dynamic design team supporting the development of cutting-edge autonomous robotaxi vehicles. Responsibilities
Initiate and drive CMF development by collaborating with designers and suppliers to ensure alignment with design intent.
Organize, track, and distribute CMF mastering samples while managing inventory logs efficiently.
Proactively identify process gaps and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project coordination and alignment on expectations.
Evaluate CMF-related data and contribute to best practices that enhance efficiency and quality in development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in CMF Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
4-6 years of experience in automotive CMF, program management, or coordination.
High color acuity with the ability to pass the Munsell Hue Color Test.
Hands-on expertise in CMF development, including material evaluations and supplier coordination.
Excellent project management skills to coordinate complex projects and track deliverables.
