Senior Architect/Project Manager - Mission Critical

Position: Senior Architect/Project Manager - Mission Critical Location: Atlanta Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee design and technical teams from conceptual design through construction, serving as the primary client contact. Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to establish project schedules. Manage in-house and external teams across multiple projects, ensuring technical coordination and adherence to design intent. Develop design documents and participate in client presentations. Travel to client sites across the US for surveys and meetings. Ensure designs comply with building codes and ADA requirements. Oversee bid and construction activities both in-office and on-site. Serve as a technical resource for project teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture. Extensive knowledge of architectural practice, client interaction, design development, and construction documentation. Experience with specifications, building materials, construction costs, and codes. Construction administration experience. Previous experience with mission-critical projects is preferred. Ability to manage client and project expectations effectively. Strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams. Licensed Architect required. Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp are a plus. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
