Reliability Engineering Co-Op - Spring 2026
Overview Global Financial Systems Co-Op - Spring 2026. Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. The role is based at our Bedford, MA site and is a 6-month assignment for Spring 2026.
What You’ll Do
Work with maintenance and process engineering teams to drive process and product quality.
Participate in safety programs.
Mitigate equipment obsolescence and business continuity risks.
Scope and design new equipment (coating tools, etching tools, etc.) to support manufacturing capacity.
Upgrade existing equipment to increase availability and revenue per sq. ft.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment availability and drive excellence.
Review opportunities for improvement with current equipment and fixtures that could impact product yield.
Work with development and process teams to bring new capabilities in new and support facilitation activities.
Support equipment FMEAs and review technical documents.
Drive cost-saving efforts related to equipment expenses and assist with spare parts identification.

Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline.
Graduation Spring of 2027 or Spring of 2028 preferred.
Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled as a student.
Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) January through June.
Must be familiar with university requirements to participate in a co-op program.
