We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at a respected senior living community. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day resident care, supervising nursing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate care planning and documentation. Manage all aspects of resident care and wellness Supervise and schedule nursing staff and care partners Oversee medication administration and care plan updates Coordinate with physicians, vendors, and family members Ensure compliance with AHCA and other regulatory bodies Personally fill vacant shifts if coverage cannot be secured Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license with CORE training Prior experience in senior living or long-term care Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform routine nursing tasks Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. Benefits may include medical insurance and vision insurance. Equal Employment Opportunity
