$50,000–$60,000 Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer/Editor to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited for a dynamic environment and has a passion for capturing and producing engaging video content. You will be responsible for recording and editing professional video and audio across a wide range of projects, including interviews, events, short-form social media content, and promotional materials, ensuring that each piece aligns with client goals and creative direction. Responsibilities
Capture high-quality video in a variety of settings, including multi-camera interviews, candid b-roll, aerial drone footage, and more. Direct subjects, establish shot lists, and select/maintain equipment to meet client objectives and deliverables. Travel frequently nationwide for shoots, working closely with account managers and photographers to ensure efficient content production. Collaborate with a team of photo and video specialists throughout all stages of production—planning, filming, media management/organization, and editing Edit compelling narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro, including color correction and audio mastering Organize and back up media assets while maintaining strong project file management practices. Operate drones for aerial footage (FAA Part 107 Certification a plus). Safely move and lift production equipment up to and exceeding 50 lbs. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of professional or corporate videography and editing experience, supported by a strong portfolio
(portfolio link required) . Strong communication skills with confidence in directing subjects during shoots. Experience with lighting, framing, and conducting multi-camera interviews, as well as staging engaging b-roll. Proficiency with Sony mirrorless cameras, audio mics/recorders, and stabilizers such as the Ronin. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is considered a plus Strong organizational skills for managing media, assets, and production workflows Willingness and ability to travel frequently for nationwide shoots
