OPS | Campus Operations Parking Admin
Responsibilities The Parking Ambassador is a member of the Parking Operations team. The Ambassador provides direct customer service with Pay Stations and Exit Verifiers as well as answering questions regarding UAMS Facilities or Parking regulations. The Ambassador enforces parking regulations by issuing warnings and/or citations, identifies scofflaws, and applies boots to vehicles. The Ambassador performs lot counts for available parking spaces and reports maintenance items. The Ambassador operates the Remote Parking Management System (RPMS) and provides remote assistance to customers. The RPMS is staffed 24/7/365. Primary responsibilities while stationed at RPMS include monitoring cameras and remotely assisting customers with various parking transactions and exception management. If remote assistance is not successful, an Ambassador is dispatched to the field to provide further assistance. Additional responsibilities may be assigned during non-peak hours and may include database management and various clerical duties. May work overnight shifts.
Qualifications
HS diploma/GED
Valid Arkansas Driver's License
Must be ACIC / NCIC Certified / Valid Driver’s License Required
Salary Information $31,200 Annual / $15.00 Hourly
