The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager – Digital Data Networks (DDN) will play an integral role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies, with a particular emphasis on ABM strategies that establish TE as a trusted partner for target customers. Success in this position will hinge on the ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with Sales and ensure tight alignment between ABM programs and broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience strategizing, planning, and implementing ABM programs, working closely with Account teams to align strategies, and measuring program effectiveness. The person should have a keen eye for digital trends and solid hands-on experience with ABM and ABX. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in cross-functional, matrixed organizations and can manage a diverse range of digital projects across global teams, anticipating challenges, spotting opportunities, and driving initiatives in cross-functional partnerships. Responsibilities
Partner closely with Sales and Account teams to co-develop ABM strategies that align with business goals, customer needs, and account plans Facilitate regular collaboration with Sales to identify target accounts, define engagement goals, and ensure marketing efforts support pipeline and revenue objectives Develop and implement tailored ABM campaigns (email, social, content, paid ads) reflecting account-specific insights and buyer journeys Create account-specific playbooks and messaging frameworks to support Sales outreach and deepen customer engagement Deliver actionable insights to Sales and cross-functional teams based on account behavior, digital engagement, and analytics Manage and optimize the digital experience for target accounts on TE.com, including navigation, personalization, and content relevance Recommend and implement tools, workflows, and processes to improve ABM efficiency and Sales-Marketing alignment Stay current on ABM and digital marketing trends, including AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics, and apply them to improve program performance Ensure continuous measurement and optimization of ABM programs using data to refine strategies and demonstrate business impact What your background should look like
Background & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline required 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on ABM in B2B/SaaS, technology, or infrastructure sectors (AI, cloud, data center, or similar environments highly preferred) Proven track record partnering with Sales or Business Development to devise and implement ABM strategies with measurable business results Experience managing the complete ABM and digital campaign lifecycle, including planning, launch, measurement, data interpretation, and optimization Proficient in ABM platforms, CRM systems, and digital campaign platforms Self-driven with ability to anticipate challenges and initiate cross-functional partnerships without direct oversight Strong data-driven decision-making mindset with expertise in enterprise buyer cycles, account scoring, and lead nurturing Clear storyteller able to translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams Strong project management skills and understanding of the B2B customer journey Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Experience with website content management and analytics is preferred SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $123,600 - $185,400 (subject to change based on location) Posted salary ranges are provided in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges based on experience/qualification and equity considerations. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentives + Benefits Benefits:
