This role ensures smooth daily operations through project coordination, transaction management, marketing support, client engagement, and database oversight—all with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
**In this role, you will:*** Coordinate and manage all marketing, operational, and administrative activities on behalf of the team with a strong emphasis on organization and meticulous attention to detail.* Plan and manage weekly team meetings.* Oversee action items from meetings and transaction processes which may include following up directly, or ensuring the follow-up of others, compiling or exchanging information and contacts, tracking issues and providing other assistance.* Partner with the marketing team on the creation and preparation of content for listing pitches/presentations, tour books etc.* Assist with drafting content, creating and gathering maps, coordinating surveys and other applicable market intelligence and marketing support.* Maintain property listings on various websites.* Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and ownership searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).* Maintain and update databases and sales progress reports.* Manage the transaction process from start to finish.* Support the processing and tracking of listing agreements, commission documentation, settlement statements, and sales agreements.* Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions, including listing/commission agreements, due diligence, settlement statements, and sales agreements,* Assist in the development of valuation and strategy pitches and presentations for a varied range of institutional and private clients* Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation on listings and potential business opportunities.* Provide general office and administrative support, such as file management, expense reporting, invoicing and travel arrangements.* Update business development related content such as newsletters, advertising and quarterly market reports.* Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation.* Coordinate business content for proposals and digital channels**What you bring:*** 5+ years of experience in a similar position* Commercial real estate experience is considered an asset.* Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing or another related field.* Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.* Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills.* Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.#LI-EH1#LI-Onsite****Make your next move an expert one and *join us* as we lead the industry into the future.****Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
