Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed. Educate customers about their insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach. Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer the right products and services. Requirements
Passion for marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and listening formats Friendly and people-oriented personality Strong attention to detail Proactive problem-solving abilities Ability to learn and use computer functions Team player with the ability to work well in a team environment bilingual in Spanish Important Information
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must meet all licensing requirements and complete necessary training. Acceptance of this role does not guarantee an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. You must undergo the standard State Farm agent selection process if you wish to pursue an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and these employees are not State Farm employees. Compensation $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits
