We are looking for a
Manager, Strategic Initiatives
to help drive assortment growth and fulfillment performance across our Marketplace categories. In this role, you will use data, strategy, and cross-functional partnership to scale high-impact programs, accelerate adoption and improve experience for sellers and customers alike.

Responsibilities
Lead Assortment Strategy & Analytics: Own assortment strategy across categories by driving optimization and expanding high-opportunity assortment. Identify gaps, monitor performance, support strategic planning, and drive growth.
Drive Fulfillment Adoption & Performance: Use data to unlock seller adoption of WFS and Seller-Fulfilled capabilities, focusing on improving ship speed and fulfillment performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify blockers and enable scalable, high-impact solutions.
Build Business Cases & Strategic Insights: Connect data and strategy. Analyze seller performance, surface competitive insights, and build persuasive business cases to support new initiatives.
Enable Execution with Cross-Functional Partners: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives, refine existing programs, and deliver measurable progress against category goals.
Operate with Analytical & Executional Rigor: Track KPIs, build and manage dashboards, and translate insights into high-quality storytelling that drives alignment and decision-making. Define success metrics and influence stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business or related area and 2 years’ experience in business management, marketing, omnichannel merchandising, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in business management, marketing, omnichannel merchandising, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years in Strategy, E-Commerce, Consulting, Business Operations, or Program Management
Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and translating data and insights into clear recommendations
Strong analytical and planning skills, with comfort navigating large datasets and making trade-offs
Proven success working cross-functionally in high-growth or ambiguous environments
Prior E-commerce, Marketplace or Fulfillment / Supply Chain experience is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00 at Sunnyvale, CA; $70,000.00-$130,000.00 at Bentonville, AR. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock options may also be included for certain positions.
