Duties/Responsibilities
Assist Premium Seating Directors with operational management of premium seating operation during UGA Athletics game days. Provide high levels of customer service to all Premium Seating guests while maintaining a service first and solution-minded attitude. Present exceptional interpersonal skills, via in-person or radio, by communicating with multiple constituent groups on game days including staff, donors, vendors, etc. Maintain exclusivity of premium areas by monitoring entry points, reviewing tickets, and implementing policies and procedures.
70% of time
Perform all pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties specific to your positions as assigned by the Director of Premium Seating. Assist in game week preparations of the Premium Seating operations.
20% of time
Other duties as assigned
