Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Premium Seating Directors with operational management of premium seating operation during UGA Athletics game days.

Provide high levels of customer service to all Premium Seating guests while maintaining a service-first and solution-minded attitude.

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with multiple constituent groups on game days, including staff, donors, and vendors.

Maintain exclusivity of premium areas by monitoring entry points, reviewing tickets, and implementing policies and procedures.

Perform pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties as assigned by the Director of Premium Seating.

Assist in game week preparations of the Premium Seating operations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Customer service experience preferred but not required.

Physical Demands Lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs. Work in outdoor temperatures for extended periods. Standing for long periods. Close and distance vision, and peripheral vision. Talk or hear and manage moderate noise levels, escalating during athletic competitions. Driving as needed for job duties.
