Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for SCADA solutions. Translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits for target industries and personas. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and differentiation. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
Own and execute top-of-funnel demand generation programs including email campaigns, webinars, paid media, and content syndication. Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to build integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality. Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales cycle. Partner with sales to identify gaps and opportunities in messaging and collateral. Content Development
Develop high-impact content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, videos and presentations. Ensure content aligns with buyer journeys and supports both awareness and conversion goals. Represent the product at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings. Gather feedback from customers and partners to inform product and marketing strategies. Required Qualifications
Experience
3–5 years of experience in product marketing or demand generation, preferably in SCADA, industrial automation, or OT/IT systems. Proven experience executing direct marketing campaigns and generating pipeline. Strong understanding of SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and control environments. Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Technical Skills
Experience with cloud-based SCADA or IIoT platforms. Understanding of cybersecurity in industrial environments. Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools. Location & Travel
Based in Foxborough, MA, or remote with regular travel to headquarters Travel required (some international, approximately 10-15% of time) About our company
