Our growing firm (400+ attorneys) is creating a brand-new Professional Development & Performance Coordinator position. This role will be instrumental in building and enhancing our attorney development programs, feedback systems, and performance management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate real-time feedback systems and competency assessments Support Attorney Development Committee initiatives and special projects Plan and execute transition boot camps and development academies Collaborate with practice teams on core competency frameworks Facilitate business plan development in partnership with practice managers Research industry trends and best practices for continuous program improvement What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years professional experience (legal/professional services preferred) Experience with performance management systems and competency frameworks Proficiency with technology platforms for professional development Why This Role is Special:
