We’re hiring a

high-energy, motivated Event Assistant

to join our fast-growing team and help deliver

exciting live events and memorable brand experiences

throughout the community! Whether you're

just starting your career or looking to break into event marketing and promotions , this

entry-level role includes paid training, hands-on experience, and real advancement opportunities —no previous event experience required! Key Responsibilities

Assist with

on-site event setup, execution, and teardown

Coordinate event logistics such as

vendor support, equipment organization, and guest check-in

Greet and engage with attendees , ensuring a positive and informative event experience

Manage

event signage, branded displays, and promotional giveaways

to maintain brand consistency

Support administrative tasks including

data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting

Represent partner brands with

professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

Participate in

post-event debriefs , providing feedback to enhance future campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail with the ability to

multitask in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive

attitude

Excited to learn about

event coordination, field marketing, and brand promotion

Must be

18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
