Assist with
on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
Coordinate event logistics such as
vendor support, equipment organization, and guest check-in
Greet and engage with attendees , ensuring a positive and informative event experience
Manage
event signage, branded displays, and promotional giveaways
to maintain brand consistency
Support administrative tasks including
data entry, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting
Represent partner brands with
professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
Participate in
post-event debriefs , providing feedback to enhance future campaigns

Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with the ability to
