We manage all aspects of our customers' projects from the creative concept through the ordering process and installation.

Must be able to measure and install all products in all locations of the home. This includes shutters, drapes, blinds, curtains, etc.

Custom Decorators has immediate opportunities for experienced design & sales professionals to partner with us as in-home custom window treatment Designers.

This includes interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery & outdoor roller shades.

Successful Designers that work for our company come from backgrounds such as bath remodels, and other home-investment & remodeling services.

Independent design company owners who are looking to expand their business.

Experienced salespersons who have a passion for selling in the home.

What You Bring to the Table?

Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold (training is provided).

Ability to anticipate customer's needs through following an industry-proven sales process.

Ability to recommend products to customers for home design needs.

Willingness to learn and participate in professional training & development opportunities to increase your sales performance.

Education and Experience

Experience using CRM and data entry systems (e.g., SFDC, SAP) required.

Physical Requirements

Periods of standing and walking throughout the in-home and retail spaces.

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times (window treatment samples).

Must be able to perform basic window measurements within arms reach.

Training & onboarding compensation provided for this commissioned position with the company.
