Overview Position Overview: Kyivstar is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Communications Manager to lead all investor relations communications as the company prepares for its historic Nasdaq listing — becoming the first Ukrainian company to be listed on the US stock market. This newly created role will be instrumental in shaping how Kyivstar communicates with investors, analysts, and the financial media during this transformative period and beyond.

Responsibilities

Strategic Communications Leadership

— Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations communication strategies for domestic and international markets; lead all communications related to Kyivstar's Nasdaq listing process and ongoing public company requirements; create and maintain consistent messaging frameworks aligned with corporate strategy and market positioning; manage crisis communications and sensitive investor-related issues with discretion and professionalism

Content Development & Management

— Write and edit press releases, investor newsletters, and regulatory filings communications; coordinate timely content for the IR-dedicated website; develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate Kyivstar's value proposition to the investment community; ensure all investor communications comply with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

— Serve as primary communications liaison with VEON headquarters for all investor relations matters; coordinate closely with US-based IR/PR agency to ensure consistent global messaging; build and maintain relationships with financial journalists, analysts, and industry influencers; support senior management in investor meetings, roadshows, and other IR-related activities

Media Relations & Public Affairs, Reporting

— Manage relationships with Ukrainian and international financial media; organize press conferences, investor events, and media briefings; monitor media coverage and market sentiment; prepare regular reports on media coverage, analyst opinions, and market perception; stay aware of regulatory changes affecting investor communications

Qualifications Education & Experience

Master’s degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Journalism, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or corporate communications

Previous experience with public companies or IPO processes strongly preferred

Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural communication

Technical Skills

Deep understanding of financial markets, SEC regulations, and disclosure requirements

Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts

Proficiency in presentation software, financial modeling, and CRM systems

Strong project management and organizational capabilities

Language Requirements

Native or near-native proficiency in Ukrainian and English

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in multiple languages

Preferred Qualifications

Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Head of Press Office and works closely with the CEO, CFO, GR, Finance and Legal teams, and VEON headquarters’ PR and Investor Relations teams.
