Overview
Our client, a New York-based finance firm, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support two leaders in the C-Suite. This is a high-growth, fast-paced organization. This role will lead all administrative functions for the executives they support, in addition to project management. The ideal candidate brings strong business knowledge, good judgment, and a natural ability to anticipate needs. This role is in-person in the NYC office at least 4 days a week. Responsibilities
Proactively manage executives' calendars. Coordinate travel, meetings, and events, ensuring logistics are seamless. Manage inboxes, replying on behalf of senior leadership. Engage with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate Board and executive meetings - attention to detail is key. Produce internal communications, presentations, and key documents. Maintain spreadsheets and create PowerPoint presentations. Develop timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams. Prepare, organize, and follow up on meetings. Handle confidential matters with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in executive support Experience in financial services highly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel Bachelor’s degree required Job details
Company: Finance Firm Position: Executive Assistant Location: New York, NY (In office 4x week) Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM with flexibility to come in early/stay later as needed Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Compensation: $140-150K DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits
