Seeking a strong Executive Assistant for a growing Global Financial Firm to support Senior Executives. The firm manages investments across multiple asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit strategies, and capital markets. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage high-volume, dynamic calendars and email inboxes for senior executives. Draft, edit, and finalize correspondence, documents, and meeting materials. Screen incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. Track meetings and follow-ups using internal CRM and database systems. Coordinate weekly/monthly meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records. Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality. Plan complex domestic and international travel; prepare detailed itineraries and logistics. Submit accurate and timely expense reports in compliance with firm policy. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues. Organize and coordinate high-level meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and hospitality. Interface professionally with internal teams, investors, and external partners. Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. Provide backup coverage for other executives as needed. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong judgment, professionalism, and commitment to high standards.
