Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They also support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary, and support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs.
Provide showroom tours and set up kitchen and/or bath measurements.
Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
Support In Stock initiatives by checking stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as needed.
Maintain Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment.
Contribute to achieving store and department sales goals by aligning with the three store priorities.
