Free-to-Play Online Card Battler We're hiring an Intermediate Game Producer to join a fast-paced PvP-focused online card battler. You'll lead cross-functional squads, drive agile production workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and content.
Responsibilities
Lead squads in feature/content development
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
Maintain production timelines and sprint goals
Prioritise tasks and ensure clear documentation
Improve production processes and tooling
Manage outsourcing pipelines
Collaborate with and mentor other producers
Requirements
2+ years in game production
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Strong grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience with external partners/freelancers
Fluent English (written and verbal)
