Executive Team Leader General Merchandise and Food Sales (Assistant Store Manager Merchandising) – Nora Plaza (Indianapolis). Pay range: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. Pay is based on factors including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. Drive total store sales and understand how your departments and team contribute to total store profitability. Manage Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing for all GM areas; oversee Food & Beverage and food service as applicable. Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency; enable efficient guest fulfillment (pick, pack and ship) where applicable. Plan workload to support business priorities; conduct regular team check-ins; manage backroom and sales floor areas; review reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve. Oversee workload planning for GM Team Leaders and ensure aligned transitions, revisions and sales plans; drive fulfillment and guest promise time compliance; maintain food safety standards and cleaning routines. Create a guest-obsessed culture focused on the guest experience and store sales goals; assess competition and leverage guest insights to drive business; align schedules to guest and business needs (including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends). Provide service that meets guest needs; ensure product is in stock, fresh, properly priced and signed on the sales floor with minimal disruption. Develop and coach team to elevate skills; establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management; plan staffing and recruit as needed. Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.) and adhere to safe and compliant practices. All other duties based on business needs. What we are looking for

4 year degree or equivalent experience; strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; belief in delivering guest-first service; ability to manage ambiguity and conflicts. Strong business acumen with problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative skills; ability to learn and adapt to technology needs. Experience managing a team of hourly team members and leaders; ability to recruit and develop talent. Ability to plan and prioritize workload independently and manage multiple priorities. What to expect in training and basics

We provide comprehensive training to develop needed skills; basic requirements include ability to interpret instructions, move merchandise safely (up to 40 pounds), handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and flexible work schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
