Your role is a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life every day. The goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and help build brand loyalty with every guest. You are the face of our company, passionate about the products, and you bring your real self to work while representing our company values.
Responsibilities
You"re a people person. Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they need with a friends-first mindset.
You are passionate about AE & Aerie products. Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
You share the brand love. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
You can hang. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
You are an innovative problem solver. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
You are a team player. Support your team to get the job done.
You have integrity. Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
