Director of Marketing
to lead brand development and marketing strategy across digital, print, and on-site channels. This position is ideal for a strategic marketing professional with strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in digital marketing and content development, and a passion for growing brand visibility in the hospitality, events, and e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives
Create and manage targeted Google ad campaigns, particularly for the wedding and private events department
Oversee and grow all social media channels to boost brand engagement and visibility
Lead content marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across platforms
Coordinate print advertising and design assets to support promotional campaigns
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
Support product launches and promotional events with strategic marketing initiatives
Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize ROI
Stay current on digital trends, marketing technology, and emerging platforms
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including in a leadership capacity
Deep understanding of social media marketing, Google Ads, content strategy, and graphic design
Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Strong background in brand storytelling, e-commerce marketing, and digital growth strategies
Experience in print marketing and campaign coordination
Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems is a plus
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts
Occasional weekend work as needed for events or campaigns
Relocation Note Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Wading River, NY prior to starting
