is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate

Communications Associate

to support our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels and supporting project execution across departments. You will work closely with leadership, operations, and client service teams to craft clear, professional, and brand-aligned content that strengthens our voice and supports organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and proofread written content including reports, presentations, emails, and corporate documents.

Assist in coordinating internal communications and support leadership in messaging initiatives.

Maintain consistency in brand tone and language across all communication pieces.

Collaborate with departments to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable communication.

Prepare materials for meetings, trainings, and stakeholder briefings.

Track communication KPIs and provide input to improve strategies.

Assist in managing internal documents and content libraries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

1–3 years of professional experience in communications, copywriting, or content creation.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic document formatting tools.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
