Vida Shoes International, established in 1973, is a global footwear leader focused on designing, producing, and marketing quality branded footwear with international resources. We are seeking a results-driven Retention Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team and drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention through email, SMS, and loyalty marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this role requires a highly motivated and data-driven individual to build and implement retention strategies for our portfolio of brands. Responsibilities

Develop and execute all email and SMS campaigns, including building emails and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling. Support strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle (prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails). Build target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue against KPI goals. Assist in reviewing and executing the email/SMS marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders. Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, analyze results, and recommend improvements (subject lines, content, CTAs, cohorts, segments, send time, and new features). Collaborate with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices. Provide regular campaign performance reports (opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.). Identify trends in email, SMS, and loyalty marketing from leading global brands to inform best practices and new ideas for acquisition, nurturing, and retention. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing email, SMS, and loyalty marketing programs, including strategy, analytics, and reporting Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Attentive, Bluecore, Klaviyo, LoyaltyLion, Yotpo) Proven experience growing and analyzing large email, SMS, and loyalty marketing databases Data-driven with the ability to derive actionable insights that impact revenue across ecommerce sites Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills Excellent project management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization Growth mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach Employment details
