Your Role As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, while representing our company values.
Your Responsibilities
You are a people person who engages with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
You are a team player and willing to assist your team.
You act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
You'd Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You love AE and Aerie products.
You have retail experience (practice makes perfect).
You are at least 16 years of age.
