Designer - Kitchen/Bath

The Home Depot Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs
Provide showroom tours and arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements
Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations
Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support In Stock initiatives
Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays promote a safe, appealing environment
Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve store goals
Qualifications
Experience in interior design or a customer-focused sales environment preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to assess customer needs and translate into design recommendations
Full-time availability
