Product Marketing Representatives will interact daily with customers face-to-face and create new accounts for the brands we represent. This position is perfect for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of a marketing and sales team and who enjoys working directly with customers.
Responsibilities
Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
Represent the brand through marketing campaigns
Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service
Act as a point person for all consumer relations
Generate leads and drive SALES
Qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
Goal-oriented with a student mentality
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
Availability to work flexible shifts
