Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to operating procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store as needed. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and programs; participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Possesses excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred. Details
Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 1008 Lancaster, OH Address: 1330 River Valley Blvd. Starting pay range: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Employment type
