Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, “friends first” approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and contribute to a positive team environment. Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications / What You’ll Be Great At
Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High energy with the ability to handle multiple tasks; availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products; prior retail experience is a plus. Minimum age: 16 years old. Pay & Benefits
Starting pay is determined by experience and location. Eligible for paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay; benefits vary by job level, location, and classification. Discounts: 40% off AE & Aerie year-round, with additional seasonal discounts. About Us
