Overview Provide high-level executive and administrative support to C-suite executives and other senior leaders.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to C-suite executives and other senior leaders
Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle scheduling across time zones
Prepare agendas and follow up on action items
Coordinate business travel, conference registrations, and expense reports
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Support project tracking and light research for strategic initiatives, vendor relationships, or press/media activity
Assist in organizing internal events, leadership offsites, and cross-border business engagements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-support administrative role
Conversational Korean and English bilingual fluency required
Strong written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva a plus
High emotional intelligence, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit
Experience supporting executives in consulting, HR, or global business environments preferred
