As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you’ll keep our park running smoothly while providing excellent guest service with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Your responsibilities include processing group reservations, managing queues, handling lost ticket issues, providing guest education, managing global reservations, and working in the parking lot. Specific duties include: Greeting and interacting with guests Answering questions and resolving guest issues Advising guests on show times and attraction information Facilitating organized guest traffic flow Performing crowd control to open and close locations efficiently Processing monetary transactions accurately Handling will call and interaction program requests Adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures Working as part of a team to increase productivity and provide excellent guest service Practicing safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment What It Takes To Succeed
At least 16 years old Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Basic computer skills with Windows/Office Flexibility to work varied shifts Ability to process monetary transactions and accurately use a register Cash handling experience is a plus Comfortable handling large amounts of cash Ability to walk and stand extensively Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent guest service Willingness to complete all legal, company, and department training requirements Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Compensation
