Busch Gardens is a place of thrills, fun and positive, lasting memories. As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you’ll help keep the park running smoothly while delivering great guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit. You will process group reservations, ensure quick queues, handle lost ticket issues, provide guest education, handle global reservations and work in the parking lot. Responsibilities
Greet and interact with guests Answer questions and resolve guest issues Advise guests on show times and attraction information Facilitate an organized guest traffic flow, including traffic in parking lot Perform crowd control to open and close location efficiently Accurately process monetary transactions Handle will call and interaction program requests Adhere to all monetary handling policies and procedures Work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment What it takes to succeed
At least 18 years old Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs Basic computer skills with Windows/Office Flexibility in working varied shifts Ability to process monetary transactions and accurately use a register Monetary handling experience a plus Comfortable handling large amounts of cash Ability to walk and stand extensively Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent guest service Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements Compensation and perks
Compensation: $13 per hour. Evening Shift Differential Incentive (9/4/2025-11/5/2025): Earn an additional $1.50 when you work at least 5 productive hours between 6:00pm - 2:00am.
