Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to fulfill event requirements Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation Assist with the creation of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage Prepare and manage event budgets under the supervision of senior coordinators Coordinate on-site event activities and provide support during events
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
