Recruiter, Legal Search - Hybrid/Houston, TX

— Encore Search Partners, LLC Location: Hybrid/Houston, TX, USA. This is a full-time role supporting the Legal Division in executing successful searches for Partner & Associate level Attorneys while delivering exceptional service to Clients. Key Responsibilities

Maximize outreach to prospective candidates through cold calls, InMails, emails, and referrals Collaborate with the CEO, President, and Sr. Recruiter of Legal Search on job order intake calls Consistently request referrals to engage with prospective candidates’ current employers Present qualified candidates to the Account Manager and/or Clients Maintain organized candidate records within our CRM and ATS Contribute to overall search strategy and candidate pipelining Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management, organization, and relationship-building abilities Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn preferred Desire to learn the Legal industry and build relationships with Partners and Associate Attorneys 3-4+ years of lateral attorney placement experience in an agency environment preferred Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Compensation

Base salary + commission, contingent on experience Company Details
