Overview We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and manage all human resources functions. This is a
hands-on role
where you will handle everything from recruiting to benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and supporting our employees and leadership team
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement
Oversee annual insurance renewal process, working with brokers and vendors
Serve as primary contact for employee benefits questions and support
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR systems
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and employee handbook
Manage employee relations, performance management, and terminations as needed
Administer and oversee workers’ compensation claims and reporting
Act as a trusted resource and advisor for employees and managers
Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
Support leadership with organizational planning and people strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment and benefits administration background
Proven experience managing benefits, insurance renewals, and workers’ compensation
Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
