The Principal Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager is responsible for designing enablement and partnering with ops teams and sales leaders to drive adoption and usage of the tools in our GTM tech stack designed to reduce ramp time, increase average productivity, drive consistency in hitting/overachieving quota, sell a new mix of products, and develop sales skills of the team.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with VP of Global Enablement, the GTM Enablement Team and the leaders of Sales and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvement efforts to GTM systems.

Build, design, and execute Deeper Dive Trainings for GTM Systems (Level 201+)

Build, design, and execute certifications for GTM Systems

Be an expert at all GTM systems

Promote adoption of GTM system best practices and strategies across departments.

Responsible for mapping out the long-term GTM tech stack requirements - Ensure that the GTM team is maximizing the advantages of the systems through coaching, mentoring, and providing consistent feedback.

Support the rollout of new sales technologies across GTM

Develop unified strategy for GTM systems documentation

Knowledge and Experience

Mastery in building lasting relationships with senior level sales /GTM leaders.

Superb communication skills, written and verbal.

A knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way.

Accomplished project management instincts. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Extremely motivated and entrepreneurial – you not only can spot problems, but you can marshal resources towards creative solutions.

Mastery and best practices of sales enablement tools (e.g. Content Management, LMS, sales acceleration email tools, call recording/coaching tools, Salesforce, etc.).

Mastery and best practices leveraging standard learning creation tools (Workramp, Camtasia) and knowledge management tools (Highspot) to create effective learning program. -Instructional design experience

Mastery in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environme.

Superb written and communication skills

Education Bachelors degree and preferably further professional training in Enablement.
