Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional social media support to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Create and maintain engaging content that resonates with our audience. Help enhance customer satisfaction by actively engaging with users and addressing their feedback. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and branding. Stay on top of social media trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. Contribute to community building and growth on various social media platforms. Fluency in German and English is essential. A genuine passion for social media and customer engagement. Prior experience in customer support or social media roles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace the local culture with enthusiasm!
