Define communications priorities, OKRs and frameworks to align storytelling with enterprise goals. Establish scalable processes, operating models and tools that improve collaboration across internal functions and agency partners. Build and continually manage an enterprise editorial calendar that proactively aligns messages to strategy, ensuring communications are strategically sequenced and impactful. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure communications are consistent and reputationally sound. Use measurement, research and analytics to evaluate performance, uncover insights and drive continuous improvement. Convene stakeholders to create alignment and amplify Walmart’s key messages across earned and owned channels as well as ancillary platforms such as paid advertising. Harness emerging technologies, specifically AI, to modernize communications delivery and effectiveness. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner, inspiring teams to experiment and innovate while maintaining operational discipline. What you’ll bring:

10+ years’ experience in communications, strategy, program management or related fields. Proven expertise in building and leading multi-channel communications for a large public entity. Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate data and insights into decision-making. Experience designing scalable governance models, processes and best practices within large, matrixed organizations. Excellent judgment, executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders. A balance of creativity and operational discipline, with curiosity for emerging technologies and the evolving communications landscape. Benefits & Perks

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area. 2 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
