Job Code: ADJOL Job Type: Adjunct Faculty Position - Spanish MBA (Legal & Ethical Dimensions of Strategic Management) Online class/hybrid course Delivery: At Cambridge College Global (under CC Puerto Rico Division), courses are delivered fully online in Spanish, with course design aligned to the institution's bilingual framework. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, with Spanish fluency required for teaching. Class Schedule & Location: Online format, delivered according to the academic calendar and pre-scheduled times Duration of class: 5 weeks

Faculty must be available to meet remotely and synchronously with students once a week to provide direct academic support.

Cambridge College Global invites applications for a temporary part-time adjunct faculty position to teach MBA530Y: Legal & Ethical Dimensions of Strategic Management in the Spanish MBA Program (online division).

Requirements:

Master's degree required in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, with specialization in Labor Law, Ethics, or Strategic Management from a recognized and accredited U.S. higher education graduate institution. Doctoral degree in Law preferred. Four (4) or more years of experience teaching this course or similar courses at the graduate level, or four (4) or more years of professional experience in a related field. Demonstrated expertise in labor law in both Puerto Rico and the United States, supported by university-level legal preparation (law degree required). Four (4) or more years of applied experience implementing labor and employment laws in real workplace or organizational settings. Demonstrated experience teaching with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Canvas. Evidence of being current and updated in the field, including knowledge of recent legal, ethical, and managerial developments. A record of scholarly publications or significant professional contributions in law, ethics, or strategic management is highly desirable. Note: This is a graduate-level program; therefore, candidates without the required Master's degree and legal preparation will not be considered. If you operate a University owned, leased or personal vehicle at any time while performing your duties you must follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual. You must have a valid driver's license and must successfully pass the online safe Driving Course and driving record check at time of hire and annually thereafter. Additionally, you must report any driving offense, on or off company time, which causes a loss, suspension, or any other change in your license status. You must report this change within one business day of the offense. You can report this change to the Human Resource Department or your direct supervisor. Failure to do so can lead to disciplinary action, up to and including terminations. Ability to adhere to University policies and procedures. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Should have demonstrated ability to build working relationships with people having a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences different from ones' own. General knowledge of the University's mission, purpose, and goals and the role this position plays in achieving those goals.
