The Home Depot is seeking a
Designer - Kitchen/Bath
to support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, offer showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers also assist with In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as needed. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs.
Provide showroom tours and arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements.
Review room designs with customers and make purchasing recommendations.
Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
Maintain Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
Contribute to sales goals by supporting store priorities and customer service initiatives.
