Territory Manager – Shockwave Medica l to join our team located in Fort Myers and Naples, FL. Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Territory Manager – Shockwave Medical to support activities in Fort Myers and Naples, FL. The Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of calcified cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians. Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine customer needs, goals, product usage, and case types. Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations. Attend procedures in hospital operating rooms to advise on product usage and to gain insights into physician and OR staff needs. Achieve sales/revenue objectives for the territory to meet quota. Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D and other units to identify selling opportunities. Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to speak clinically with physicians. Complete and process timely reports (sales summaries, expense reports, product tracking, account targeting, and complaint reports) per policies. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with corporate policies, FDA, medical device, quality standards and ethics. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred). May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience. Experience in catheter technology with vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, coronary sales with peripheral influence preferred but not required. Ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales plans. Ability to independently manage time, resources, and budget within the territory with near-term plans to achieve objectives. Not debarred by FDA for work in any Medical Device business. Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals, and physicians; acquire new users for company products and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license; ability to operate independently or as part of a team; adaptable to changing requirements.
