Gallagher Global Brokerage (GGB) is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist who will be responsible for supporting change management communications, providing project support for various initiatives, and delivering on digital communication needs (including SharePoint, Salesforce, internal employee App, Newsletters, etc.) for the Select team. This role will help to develop and deliver engaging communications with consistent divisional practices across our many delivery channels with the goal of promoting adoption of new tools and resources, tracking success metrics, and ensuring teams have access to updated content. How You'll Make An Impact

Support various communication and change management efforts as assigned, including but not limited to: Creating or editing of PowerPoint presentations Writing and/or editing of various assets in support of projects, newsletters or communications Collects and analyzes data from various sources, including designing surveys Maintain integrated communications calendar Assist in driving user adoption of a variety of business tools and resources (which may be technical in nature), templates, and processes. Develop creative ways to communicate complex ideas or concepts in an easy to understand format Adapt communications for social platforms to drive high employee engagement Collaborate with Digital Communications Lead in coordinating updates, distribution, posting and maintaining content on GGB -US SharePoint. Ensure key documents and resources are created, kept up to date, and stored in an organized way (e.g. SharePoint, Salesforce, and/or shared drive) Format/package and organize assets prior to delivery to clients Ensure all communication deliverables are in alignment with Gallagher Branding guidelines and team practices Collaborate with Learning & Development, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and/or internal teams to support assigned projects (with communications/project needs), or to obtain or create new graphics and templates Manage or assist in special communications efforts or internal/external events as they occur throughout the year including content development. Proactively share assets and best practices for others to use across the Division. Escalate issues to manager, as needed. About You

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years directly applicable experience in communication writing, planning and editing of content Experience in managing metrics and presenting data Overnight and/or day travel may be required 25%-50% of the time. Prior experience in the financial services or insurance brokerage industry is a plus Skills for Success

Working understanding of SharePoint, website management and site planning Experience using Poppulo and/or other internal communications/marketing tools is a plus Experienced in developing communications for varied audiences of all levels and adapting them for different distribution channels Focus on internal communications with the ability to partner with various stakeholders and internal teams Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Med/high skill level in PowerPoint - creating and editing decks, formatting, graphics, etc. Experience with video editing and graphic design tools a plus Ability to independently manage light to medium load/complexity projects Able to create basic work plans, update spreadsheets, schedule and manage meetings, create agendas, and follow up on deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presence and ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
